Deputy Director Miles updated the board on LCB file R152-24 (Regulation 11), saying staff met with industry and are making several changes but need more time to coordinate certain items with the Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB). Miles said staff will request in the January meeting to extend the review period out to April; the extension was not on the current agenda.

The executive director marked his two-year anniversary, reflected on seeing SB 168 used in practice at today’s meeting, and said a rescheduling/descheduling report is expected soon. He also announced that General Barry will serve as the new chair of the Cannabis Compliance Board, with a formal announcement to follow.

Vice Chair Durrett opened a final public comment period; staff reported no commenters in either in-person location and there were no callers. The board adjourned.
