Council discussed partnership funding with Waterloo and Black Hawk County and described the city’s contribution as part of a broader community response. The clerk recorded a roll call vote with all members voting aye and the motion carried.
Next steps: the city’s agreement provides up to $25,000; council and staff referenced coordination with Waterloo and the county and encouraged public donations and volunteer support for the food bank’s holiday distribution.
