Chair Regan Minor said she had submitted the commission—s budget request to the city of Norwich for fiscal year 2026-2027 and that she would follow up with the city about acquiring a dedicated Zoom account or moving to in-person meetings in the spring. Members noted a 5:30 p.m. start time poses travel challenges for some who commute into downtown New London and asked the chair to raise scheduling and platform questions with city staff.
Minor said the commission—s next regular meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. The meeting adjourned following a final roll-call vote and seasonal greetings among members.
