Joint boards approve agenda, minutes and 2026 calendar amid scheduling changes

Vice Chair Rogers moved to approve the agenda as presented; the motion was seconded and the boards voted unanimously in favor. Later, Vice Chair Lee moved to approve the Aug. 12 minutes; the motion was seconded by Board Member Beyer and passed unanimously.
During consideration of the 2026 meeting calendar, commissioners and board members asked staff to add a joint meeting in the first quarter to discuss the budget before May 12. Vice Chair Dr. Lee moved to approve the calendar as amended; the motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
The votes recorded during the meeting were procedural and unanimous; no contested motions or abstentions were recorded.
