Holiday by the Tracks, Elgin’s annual combined parade-and-vendor festival, is set for Saturday, Dec. 6, the city’s acting public information officer Stacy Ford Osborne said during a city interview with event coordinator Megan Stewart.
“All of this will take place on December 6. That’s the first Saturday in December,” Stewart said, confirming the date for the full day of events.
