The council also approved a Nebraska Department of Transportation maintenance agreement (reimbursable amount $20,983.60) and a notice of award with Valley Corporation for the Fort Crook and Cary Street box culvert reconstruction (amount $132,555.02), to be executed upon receipt of insurance and bonds by Public Works.
Council discussed timing and procedural issues on a few items, including the 10-day waiting period before contract execution for some demolition work. The council recorded motions and carried each item by vote.
