The Decorah City Council approved a broad consent agenda on Dec. 15 that bundled administrative items and routine project payments. The consent packet included the minutes of recent work sessions and the Dec. 1 council meeting, claims, multiple retail alcohol license ownership amendments (Maeve’s Pizza, Casey’s, Don Jose Mexican Restaurant, Kwik Trip), a Hotel Wenatchee class C license renewal with outdoor service and catering, a special event permit for "Cops and Routers," funding resolution transfers to the Hively Street capital improvements fund and a public hearing set for the Hively Street improvements project, and several pay applications and a change order for Hively Street and the wastewater treatment plant improvements.
Council Member Lisonbee moved to approve the consent agenda; Chisel seconded the motion. After a roll call the chair declared the motion carried.
The council did not separate any individual consent items for discussion at the meeting; items that typically require later council action, such as public hearings and pay application approvals, will proceed according to their published schedule.
