Barbara, a fund staff member, told the board the fund currently has only a draft audited financial statement for the 2023 fund year and that auditors expect to complete quality control review and deliver a final document "hopefully by the end of the week." She said staff has requested a pre‑acceptance meeting with the auditors before the commissioners consider adopting the audit.
