The commission’s presenter said the document, based on a template from the law firm Barnes & Thornburg, consolidates all county TIF districts into a single report to show the overall picture of TIF activity. "I actually kinda like how we've done it because it combines all the TIF districts into 1 document and kinda give us the overall picture of what TIFs are doing in the county," the presenter said during the meeting.
