Trustee (speaker 3) moved to approve the minutes with a correction to a name; the motion was seconded and adopted by roll call. Later the board voted to pay the bills as presented after a motion and second.
During new business trustees voted to enter executive session to discuss a personnel and settlement matter and to include Charlie; the motion passed by roll call and the board recessed. The meeting resumed and a motion to adjourn passed by roll call; the board set its next regular meeting for Sept. 8, 2025, at 7 p.m.
