At its Dec. 23 meeting the Bonner County Board of Commissioners approved routine consent agenda and contract items.
The consent agenda included an invoice for confidential technology software renewal for $145,499.56. The board also approved an administrative assignment of the Lot 20 lease at Sandpoint Airport after Director Shook told commissioners the assignment does not permit changing lease terms when assigning an existing, older lease.
The Sheriff’s Office presented a renewal agreement with NEC Corporation of America for maintenance on fingerprinting equipment and scanners for $3,975.80; the board approved the renewal. The Sheriff also noted a vendor name change for an earlier-approved electrical services purchase (Precision Power Systems, formerly Dynamic Electric) totaling $9,500; staff clarified that no new board action was required unless a new contract needed signature.
The Clerk reported Fiscal Year 2026 claims batch No. 12 totaling $214,875.60 and demand batch No. 12 totaling $55,965.90 (including $32,000 for the greater lease and $23,007 for Regents Blue Shield); motions to approve both batches passed by roll call.
