The Nantucket Affordable Housing Trust voted to accept a gift from Elizabeth Almodobar to support work related to the Tacoma Green closing and authorized staff to draft a letter of thanks.

Staff asked the trust to accept the gift and direct staff to send a thank‑you letter. A member moved to accept the gift and authorize the letter; the motion was seconded and passed by roll call.

Chair Sullivan and staff thanked the donor and members for their support of Tacoma Green-related work.
