Key outcomes:

• Radio communications: The court requested Purchasing submit an RFQ for a radio communications consulting firm to carry out Avista’s recommended radio work plan; the motion carried unanimously, 5–0.

• Elections: The court approved a resolution to conduct a joint primary election on March 3, 2026, following a brief presentation by Election Administrator Stephanie Cooper.

• Clearview contract: The court authorized the county judge to sign a renewal contract with Clearview Chiropractic Life Care (Granbury location); the motion passed unanimously.

• Employee policies: Revisions to administrative leave, automatic time and attendance, and bereavement leave were presented by HR (Melissa Welberg) and approved in separate motions; changes included removal of a reference to "part time" and updates to gender‑neutral pronouns and procedural clarifications.

• Payments and consent agenda: The court approved payment of invoices for 11/27/2025–12/09/2025 totaling $912,355.59 (including $117,810 for out‑of‑county housing) and approved the consent agenda unanimously.

• Land use: The court set several public‑hearing dates and approved replats including Landings Lot 3199 R and Adelie Oaks replats after staff recommendations.
