The Southborough Board of Health introduced Vincent ("Vinny") to the board on Dec. 23, 2025, identifying him as the town's new food inspector. Board members said Vinny has prior experience serving as a health agent in neighboring communities and that some of his prior inspection work was carried out through the New England Public Health Alliance's public health engagement program.

Board members welcomed Vinny and said he will "primarily be doing food inspections in Southborough." Vinny said he was "excited to be part of the team." The board thanked him for joining and said they look forward to his work in the community.
