"This particular, drone coverage is $441," Carrier said, noting that larger or more expensive systems would be brought back to the council.
Council members asked for clarity on the $1,000 threshold; Carrier said any purchase expected to exceed that limit would return as a separate resolution for council consideration. No vote was recorded during the work session; the discussion was presented as a routine authorization for the mayor to finalize the insurance amendment.
