SAN ANGELO, Texas — San Angelo Independent School District trustees received a detailed construction update tied to the district’s 2025 bond, with project managers saying core schedules remain on track and design work shifting from schematic layouts toward materials and energy analysis.
RJ Lopez of Park Hill told the board that Crockett Elementary is on schedule for an August completion; "they've completed the concrete slab currently" and steel framing is scheduled by month-end, with vertical construction visible by January 1.
