SAN ANGELO, Texas — The San Angelo ISD Board of Trustees approved a set of routine and action items during its Dec. 15 meeting. Key outcomes:
• Grievance: The board upheld the Level 2 decision in a Level 3 employee grievance after closed session; motion passed 6–0.
• Finance and consent: Trustees approved consent agenda items (minutes; bids), bills and accounts for November 2025, the quarterly investment report ending 11/30/2025, and donations as presented; recorded votes were unanimous where indicated (6–0).
• E3 contract: The board authorized administration to negotiate and execute a design‑build AIA Document 141 with E3 for $19,900,292 (including $150,000 owner contingency) and an amendment for Lakeview not to exceed $1,881,150 (motion passed 6–0).
• Interlocal agreement: The board approved an interlocal agreement with Christoval ISD related to SB 204 transfer parameters; vote 5–1.
