The fiscal officer told trustees the temporary appropriations reflect carryover amounts and that revenue adjustments will be made later in 2026. The board also agreed to cut off non-payroll spending for 2025; staff were instructed to hold invoices until 2026 except for payroll obligations.

No trustee opposed the appropriations motions during the meeting. The board will revisit permanent appropriations and revenue estimates during the 2026 budget process.
