Council approves 2025 levy, accepts 94‑acre gift and passes consent items

Orger and Daniel B. Light. Alderman Miller moved to authorize the mayor to sign the gifting agreement; Alderman Behney seconded and the motion passed on a recorded roll call.
There was no public comment on these items. The council adjourned after routine staff and mayoral remarks.
