A motion to adopt the amended budget was made, seconded and passed by roll-call vote.
The ordinance contains severability and publication clauses and states it was given previous readings on Nov. 24 and Dec. 8 as required; the council recorded the amendments and directed staff to proceed with implementation and publication.
