Committee chair Ronald Ruth said the single warrant article would include incidental “universal” edits and the committee’s recommended article‑by‑article changes while referrals of substantive changes would go to the relevant boards and committees. “That 1 article, these are, recommended changes to these are this is a warrant article that includes 2 types of changes,” Ruth said during the meeting.
