Unidentified Speaker 3 opened the Jubilee discussion saying the event is "going well this year" with 15 trees and 18 tables committed and that setup will begin Tuesday at 08:00. Volunteers are needed to mark tree locations, assemble meal and silent-auction tables, greet sponsors Wednesday evening, and staff public hours Thursday and Friday afternoons; silent-auction pickup and tree deliveries are scheduled for Saturday morning.
