He also argued that incentive assumptions (he cited roughly $400,000 in incentives in earlier estimates) are uncertain by the 2028 procurement timeframe.
Committee chair thanked Lanier for attending regularly and suggested staff and Mr. Bauer could meet with him to review the numbers. The committee did not take action on the solar package at this meeting; staff and committee members encouraged follow-up conversations to refine cost estimates and incentive assumptions prior to future procurement steps.
