The board emphasized the town’s practice that vacant mobile-home lots remain chargeable unless proof of vacancy or condemnation is provided. Staff also said Mr. Crouch paid his outstanding bill and Miss Zelenka received a shutoff notice and had not yet paid; 25 wastewater shutoff notices were issued this week and most are resolved before service disconnection.
The board asked staff to gather the available 12‑month usage data for commercial accounts, prepare supporting materials from the recent sewer-rate study, and provide account-specific information at the next meeting.
