Trustees asked about procurement and warranties. The presenter said the district solicited quotes from three companies through cooperative purchasing channels, plans to use a job‑order contract or cooperative pricing for the soccer lights and later seek CMAR (construction manager at risk) authority for larger projects such as a third gym. The LED fixtures carry a 25‑year manufacturer warranty, the presenter said.
