The commission approved work requisition No. 20 for the series 2021B Harmony Grove phase 1 administrative expense fund for $296.25, described as payment for consultant services. The board also approved requisition No. 113 for the University Town Center Excise Tax District administrative expense fund for $7,110 to pay services provided to the district.
Staff also announced that the West Virginia Department of Highways will hold an informational public meeting on the Harmony Grove Interchange Jan. 13 at Skyview Elementary School from 5–8 p.m.; the meeting will not include a formal presentation but will allow the public to ask questions. Officials noted public comments on related TIF items in previous hearings and encouraged public participation; the department set a comment deadline of Feb. 16 at 11:59 p.m.
The motions to approve both requisitions passed by voice vote.
