During the workshop's consent-agenda review, staff presented several administrative items:
- A donated shipping container for the fire training site valued at about $7,000, which staff said will be used for storage. "That's correct. It'll be used for storage," Ronnie said when asked about the donation.
- Athletic facility reservations: Legacy Homeschool Resource Center and Rock Springs Middle School softball were authorized to use fields at Veterans Memorial Park for practices, as in prior years.
- A statement of work with CivicPlus to add a smart-forms module to the city website. A CivicPlus presenter said the module will replace scanned paper forms with encrypted cloud forms, improving security and department efficiency for online payments and records.
Each item was presented for inclusion on the consent agenda; the transcript records presentation and discussion but does not include a roll-call vote for each consent item in the workshop record. Staff will include these items in the formal consent agenda at the regular meeting where the board will take action as needed.
