Committee approves updated charter and sets research and monitoring next steps
Summary

Committee members identified immediate action items: (1) increase monitoring frequency and temporal resolution at the breaches and Lakeside sites, (2) scope contingency modeling to inform berm operation options ahead of spring runoff, (3) form a small working group to scope an ion‑analysis SOP and bring a funding proposal to the tech‑team grants process, and (4) finalize the charter posting and outreach plan. The committee scheduled additional technical work and signaled a January meeting focused on modeling and observed trends.
