The body then confirmed appointments of Jimmy Salyers and James Ayers to the Big Sandy Regional Industrial Development Authority board; the motion to approve was made by Commissioner Atkins and received a recorded second, with roll-call votes showing all members present voting "Yes."
The court authorized license agreements with Paisley Properties and Hatfields Hideout to allow use of private parcels for the county ATV trail system in the Makar area. Commissioner Lewis moved to approve the agreements; Commissioner Scott seconded and the court again recorded unanimous approval.
