The board also awarded two tree‑work contracts to Olmstead Tree and Shrub Care for invasive‑species removal and general town tree work, approved a lease termination and interim management services agreement with Playhouse Lab LLC to keep the town theater operating while an RFP for a new operator is open, removed two employees from probationary status, accepted monthly legal bills and a set of under‑$10,000 contracts, and appointed Morgan Williams to a three‑year term on the Ethics Board.
