A public hearing and staff report preceded the council’s passage of Resolution 52-25, which authorizes vacation of a stormwater easement associated with Sean Investments (AFN 2015-015984). City planner Alicia Ransom told the council staff recommended the vacation because the easement no longer serves the city’s drainage plans. Ransom said the site was combined with another infiltration site as part of the SR-224/Red Mountain drainage design and is not needed for future Belmont drainage…
