Drive‑through issues were deferred for a December 9 hearing.
Council members questioned the geographic reach of airport overlay restrictions, the difference between county and municipal airport overlay boundaries and FAA height/approach constraints; an expert on airport protections clarified the overlay extents and height restrictions. Council member Fancher moved adoption, the motion was seconded and Ordinance 3082 passed unanimously.
The ordinance updates the municipal code on land‑use designations and airport compatibility; staff will implement the code changes and schedule the separate drive‑through hearing.
