Corte Madera flood board elects new chair and vice chair

Outgoing chair opened nominations. A board member nominated Nathan for chair; the nomination was seconded and approved by voice vote. For vice chair, Saatchi was nominated, accepted the nomination, seconded and approved by voice vote. The outgoing chair said he and David will remain active participants on the board despite retiring.
The appointments were passed by voice vote; the meeting adjourned immediately afterwards.
