At its Nov. 24 meeting, the Dennis-Yarmouth Regional School Committee approved the CTE recruitment, admission and retention policy on second reading and amended its consent agenda to add a $10,000 donation.
Miss Bemis moved to adopt the CTE recruitment, admission and retention policy "as printed"; Miss Landers seconded the motion. The committee approved the policy by unanimous voice vote; individual recorded votes were not available in the transcript.
Later in the meeting, the committee amended the consent agenda to include a $10,000 donation from the Mary Frances Kiley Foundation to the district’s food-service program; the amended consent agenda was approved by voice vote.
The transcript records committee approval by voice vote for both items but does not include a roll-call vote or individual tallies in the meeting record; minutes and official signed documents should be consulted for a formal roll-call record if needed.
