Auburn‑Washburn board approves superintendent search RFP, policy updates and $6.3 million in bills

Separately, a consent motion approved business by consent including payment of bills totaling $6,304,602.28; that motion was seconded and passed 6 to 0.
An executive-session motion to discuss student matters, personnel and budget/negotiations (invoked under the Kansas open-meetings exception referenced in the meeting) was also adopted for a short closed session; the board returned to public session and later adjourned by unanimous vote.
