Middletown City Council on Dec. 29 approved Resolution R2025-46, authorizing a $200,000 advance from the general fund to the stormwater fund, subject to repayment. Council members moved and seconded the resolution, and after no discussion the clerk called the roll. Mayor Slamka and Council Members Lolli, West and Horn voted in favor and the clerk announced the legislation passes.
