Motions carried to approve late common-victualler renewals for multiple businesses (several Subway locations, local restaurants and takeout operations), Class 2 auto dealer renewals and a lodging-house renewal for the Lizzie Borden Bed and Breakfast.

Board members moved to accept the late filings, seconded, and approved the renewals by vote. The meeting closed after a motion to adjourn.
