The Prattville Historic Preservation Commission voted unanimously to combine the November and December meetings for 2026 and 2027 and to keep the second-Thursday schedule. Commissioners discussed keeping flexibility to revisit the dates if needed.

In closing remarks commissioners thanked staff, noted recent staffing changes in planning, and said staff would engage commissioners about possible training and guideline clarifications in 2026. The chairman adjourned the meeting after the schedule motion passed.
