PERS board accepts ACFR for FY 2024–25 and hears external auditors' clean opinion

Chris Graham, reporting on the audit committee, told trustees the committee approved the ACFR and moved that the board accept the report. The motion passed by voice vote.
Graham said external auditor Ed Bailey presented the audit results and that the audit yielded an unmodified opinion. “We're happy to report that we received an unmodified opinion, which is a clean audit report,” Graham said. The board voted to accept and approve the auditor’s results.
No substantive audit exceptions or qualifications were reported to the board in the transcript; the committee recommended acceptance and the board approved by voice vote.
