An unidentified presiding official asked for a motion on agenda item No. 4. "Make a motion that we accept the results for the November 4 constitutional amendment election as presented to us by our election administrator," the presiding official said. Commissioner Aiken moved the motion and Commissioner Perdola seconded. After the presiding official called for discussion and heard none, the board conducted a voice vote. The presiding official declared, "Ayes have it," and the motion was recorded as passed.
