The board discussed a nomination for the San Antonio Regional Occupational Program commission that did not pass (2 in favor, 2 no, 1 abstention). Following questions about CareerTech education and the district’s SROP arrangements, Board Member Arturo Jimenez moved to bring the matter back at a future undetermined meeting; that motion passed 5–0.
