Inside the building, mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-ins are underway and "temporary heat is being activated to ensure interior conditions remain stable throughout the winter months." He reported daily on-site staffing has increased to between 100 and 120 workers to support the interior finish phase.
Gaffeller noted coordination with school leadership and city partners to minimize disruptions to operations during utility connections and deliveries. He closed by saying that achieving full enclosure and accelerating interior finishes remain the project priorities as the division transitions into winter construction.
