Council votes to enter executive session on personnel

At the close of the Committee of the Whole on Nov. 25, Alderman Downs moved to enter executive session under "2 c 1 personnel," and Alderman O'Donoghue seconded the motion. A roll call was taken: Missus Donahue, Mister Anderson, Mister Bateman, Mister McCollum, Mister Parrot, Mister Downs and Mister Clemens each answered "yes." The mayor announced the council was entering executive session at 6:36 p.m. and indicated there would be no city business to follow in open session that evening.
