Cross family parcel to be publicly noticed for annexation; hearing set for Dec. 15

City attorney/administrator (recorded as Mister Hablet/Hovlett) said notices will appear in the paper and that the Crosses will sign the petition this week so the council can hold a public hearing and vote on the annexation at the regular meeting following the hearing.
The attorney confirmed the public hearing is scheduled for Dec. 15 at 6:05 p.m., with the annexation vote to follow later that meeting. Council placed the item on the regular agenda for formal public hearing and action.
