Board approves minutes, hears brief public comment and sets next meeting

Staff announced two schedule items: there will be no service on Thursday, Nov. 27 (Thanksgiving), and Friday, Nov. 28 will operate on a Sunday schedule. The board set its next meeting for Dec. 18 and adjourned.
Votes on routine minutes and these announcements were handled by voice and the chair declared each carried.
