Marquette receives tar clock from sister city delegation from Kajaani, Finland

Commissioners thanked the volunteers who organized the visit and discussed presenting the clock to the library’s sister-city room for public viewing, with the possibility of returning it to Finland after the library board has seen it. Maureen Jensen said the partnership plans a reciprocal delegation to Kajaani next year to mark its anniversary.
