Commissioners confirmed the lots are generally narrow and long by design and that the county will not assume road maintenance beyond the county-serviced portions; utilities will be provided through existing service districts. A motion to approve the final plat was moved, seconded and approved by voice vote.
Next steps: staff will conduct a final inspection and confirm compliance with county specifications prior to recording or turnover.
