Beaver County delays signing of DNR conservation easement to allow review of redline changes

County counsel and staff reviewed proposed corrections that were delivered to the county shortly before the meeting. Several commissioners said they had not had adequate time to review the redlines and asked for additional time; staff and counsel recommended bringing the finalized documents back to the board in early January so that water-rights language and other edits can be confirmed.
No formal signing took place. Commissioners instructed staff to coordinate with the state DNR and return with clean documents for execution in January.
