Maitland council approves first reading for Maitland Concourse North Lot 3 plan-development amendment

Mike Daniels of the community development department told the council the property is zoned planned development and that the Development Review Committee and the Planning & Zoning Commission had unanimously recommended the PD amendment subject to standard conditions and compliance with the city code.
