Board members discussed the composition of a potential withdrawal committee, suggesting community members who had circulated the original petition (Michelle Casey, Judy, Britney Allaire) and others who had expressed interest (John, Neil). Speaker 3 and others warned the process moves quickly after state direction and urged the board to identify candidates and be ready to act.
No formal action was required at the Nov. 18 meeting; the update was informational and the board did not vote on withdrawal at this session.
